We ask all speakers of the upcoming conference to fill in the following data sheet and additionally to send a personal photo by email.
The speaker’s information and the course version will then be available in the app as additional information during the presentation.

Conference proceedings
The full texts for the conference proceedings (digital and print, published by TU Graz) must be received by July 15, 2026 (detailed information will be sent out).

Please submit your article in Word format, including the figures (as JPG, PNG or SVG files), by email to office@schienenfahrzeugtagung.at by 15 July 2026 at the latest.

Your article will undergo an editorial proofread only. The final version will then be sent to you for your approval. The approved article will then be published as a conference proceedings volume in both print and e-book formats.

Upon acceptance of the manuscript by the editorial team, the publisher and the authors enter into an agreement. You received this agreement along with this template. Please complete and sign the agreement and send it to office@schienenfahrzeugtagung.at.

Presentation
The presentations are to be transmitted for the interpreters in accordance advance (no later than October 23, 2026).

Please transmit the presentation by email (max. 15MB) to presentation@schienenfahrzeugtagung.at
For larger presentations or presentations with movies please use a ftp-server or use an Webservice as SwissTransfer.

Presentation time is 25 minutes, consider this when creating your presentation.
